$500 to $1M on Shopify in 6 months?

I've built businesses with over $450 million in sales and have helped others generate over $10 billion. Sharing what I've learned.

Two founders sold an Amazon brand a few years back and wanted to go much bigger this time.

They started with what they know best: Amazon.

However, they knew if they wanted to build a big business, they’d better learn how to scale off Amazon.

In January of this year, they produced $458.89 on Shopify.

Just five months later, they hit $40K per month with a typical Amazon seller-type product.

This month, they’re close to hitting consistent $3K days on Shopify. (That’s an annual run rate of +$1M on Shopify alone.)

How they built a $1M run rate Shopify sales channel from nearly zero in just six months

1 – They created an offer to get customers to buy more upfront. This is the biggest reason Amazon sellers fail at Shopify—they sell single units. To scale on Shopify, you must get customers to buy more upfront, either by buying multi-packs or by purchasing a subscription offer.

2 – They created a simple, clear page with lots of social proof. They used AI to help write good copy based on their Amazon reviews and competitor marketing. They then added lots of social proof from their existing reviews and influencer reviews.

3 – They modeled good ads. I taught them a few simple, repeatable ad types they could create with AI that they’ve used to launch winning Meta ads.

4 – They focused on one product, one funnel, and one traffic source at a time. For the first five months, while they waited for a new product they were launching, they advertised only one product. They used a single landing page and a single traffic source (Meta ads). Once their new product was ready, they used what they had learned about ads and funnels to shift focus to it (their first product was still profitably driving sales with Meta ads).

Scaling on Shopify isn’t complicated. You need one good funnel that you optimize over time. At the same time, you keep testing new ads. You cut the ones that don’t work and increase the budget on the ones that do.

Want to double your sales off Amazon?

If you’re sick and tired of being dependent on Amazon for all your sales, having your profits squeezed from all directions on Amazon, and not knowing whether your sales might get cut in half next month by any one of a dozen possible Amazon issues, it’s time to do something about it.

If you sell at least $1M per year on Amazon, get on the waitlist for a special 20-week program where I help 7-figure Amazon sellers scale off Amazon.
